Whether you’re a regular runner or not, The Rockwater Run Club is perfect for you, and it’s free!
A fantastic session of coaching from local athlete Luca Bigg, every week is a different session and a new challenge!
Sessions start with stretching and warm-up drills, designed to improve your running and keep the injuries at bay.
The main session will vary between shorter, faster runs and longer endurances runs, working up and down the promenade in front of Rockwater. No matter what your experience, you’ll never be far from the others in the group cheering you on!
No run is too difficult, and sessions are designed so that all abilities can jump straight in!
Run club lasts between 45 minutes and an hour, finishing with a cool down and stretch to make sure you don’t pick up any injuries and are ready to get back to it the following week!
Run Club is free, but please book to let us know you’re coming.
