From 29th March 2021: Outdoor sports facilities will re-open and outdoor organised exercise, including yoga, will be allowed to continue. The rule of 6 will be re-introduced for outdoor gatherings but this applies to social contact before and after classes and not during classes. Social distancing will continue to apply during classes.

Sol will be bringing the SGUT system back to Rockwater where he will be delivering ‘backpack boot camp’ style sessions, working with pebbles from the beach as weights and cardio – everything will be backed up with a simple and effective nutritional plan for everybody to follow. As well as the daily bootcamp, Sol will be hosting the 5k Rockwater RunDem club every Saturday along the beach front.

Join Becca for a 45 minute meditation class and tune into your beautiful beachside surroundings and its natural cycles and rhythms to find your own inner voice and calm. Each class will start with an element of breathwork and relaxation followed by a 20 minute meditation.
