Join Rachel on the deck every Friday morning as you move your body in a gentle but powerful way with Pilates. You will listen to the sound of the waves, feel the breeze on your skin and watch the most incredible sunrises as you connect, strengthen and restore your body.
Pilates exercises help to correct muscular imbalance, improve posture and increase core stability and strength. Whether you are a beginner or you have done Pilates before, Rachel’s classes are suitable for everyone and modifications are always given for injuries and progressions can be given to make things more challenging if you should need it.
Rachel has been teaching Pilates for 22 years and has worked with all ages and abilities so you are in safe hands on the deck.
