This Summer, we’ve added SUP yoga to the Rockwater Life timetable 🙌🏼 For each class, the group will paddle out to an anchor with boards attached in a circle. Our wonderful instructor, Nicole, will guide you through a gentle yoga flow, relaxation and meditation whilst floating on the water 🧘🏼♀️
You must have been on a paddleboard before the class and be comfortable on the board or for beginners, have had at least one intro SUP tuition session beforehand.
Paddleboard and buoyancy aid will be provided, however if you would prefer to bring your own board, just let us know as far in advance as possible 👌🏼
