Primal Flow is a way of moving your body as naturally as possible whilst reaping the benefits of improving strength, mobility, flexibility and coordination all in one. It is a holistic approach to moving along the ground on all fours whilst incorporating breath, stillness, rhythm and power, you leave a class feeling stronger, energised and calm. Each class will focus on the main 6 components of Animal Flow, incorporating these into a vinyasa style flow that will help calm the mind but energise the body – we always finish the class with a powerful flow.
This class is for all abilities and is a must try for anyone wanting to improve on their current fitness or enhance in their chosen sport, it will change the way you think and feel about movement.
